Hey Eric, back home in Oregon and wanted to drop you a note and say how impressed I was with your shop there. I really enjoyed meeting you and having some intelligent conversation about the hobby and business. I was beginning to think that my trip down south was kind of waste, but after seeing what you had to offer it maid my whole trip worth while. The retail and wholesale scene down there was pretty bleak. You have an amazing collection of animals and look forward to doing business back and forth with you. I think I definitely have things that you would be interested in also. If you are going to be around Friday to receive a box I will ship you some goodies out Thursday. I figure I will send you some things that I didn't see at your place, see how you like them, and go from there.

Shipping, handling, and COMMUNICATION have been second to none.
Thank you so very much. Picked them up from FedEx at 9:30. Dripped them for several hours, then did an Iodine dip. They smelled a little sour when I took them out of the water to mount them, but that is to be expected after their long journey. Color came up instantly upon placing them in their new home.
Will be ordering from you again, possibly as soon as next week after we get back from our Orchid Fest work. One question, have been hunting for some Montipora Caps. In blue or purple. Do you have any available????

Just wanted to say thank you for the order last week. Everything appears to have made it through the stressful ordeal of shipping. I worried for a couple days while things looked uncertain, but now all the polyps are stretching out more and appear to be on the upswing. I'm glad you shipped the order yesterday.
Everything came through just fine. The coloration on everything is excellent, and the size on the frags is very good -- especially the blue tort.
Thanks for a great order and thanks again for replacing the SB frags! All the corals look very healthy and I'm betting they will all make it this time.

Hey Eric,
As per our conversation last night, I didn't get an email with a tracking #. I picked the package up first thing this morning and the corals are alive!! I can't believe it. They're in good condition too. The green monti was bright green right out of the bag. I could see polyp extension within 15 minutes after placement in my tank. The purple monti has good color too. Those are some really healthy corals to tolerate being bagged that long without showing any signs of stress. Great packaging too.
There's no need to file a claim with FedEx. Everything worked out fine. I have to say I'm really impressed with the quality of your corals and your packaging. I'll definitely continue to order from you and will recommend you to my reef keeping friends.
